For a Multi-purpose Arena

Provided land survey, civil engineering and geotechnical engineering services for the new multi-purpose arena development in the Uptown section of Pittsburgh.  The project included boundary, existing utility and topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, structural engineering and civil engineering.

Consulting services supported property acquisitions, preliminary and final architectural design, cost estimating by the construction manager, site plan approvals with the city of Pittsburgh, and overall project coordination.  Civil engineering services included site grading studies and earthwork computations, utility capacity studies, evaluation of sustainable stormwater management measures, and coordination with city of Pittsburgh agencies.
