W\u00e4hrend die Berichterstellung \u00fcber hervorragende Standardfunktionen verf\u00fcgt, l\u00e4sst sie sich je nach Benutzeranforderungen auch problemlos bearbeiten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"eb-tab-wrapper\" data-tab-id=\"2\" data-tab-parent-id=\"eb-advanced-tabs-5nd1wb1\"><div class=\"eb-tab-inner\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fallstudie zu Sicherheitsdatenbl\u00e4ttern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.3rem\">Die Herausforderung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein f\u00fchrendes Produktionsunternehmen in der Schwerindustrie verlangte zweimal t\u00e4glich Inspektionen seiner Produktionshallen zur ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Abfallabfuhr und auch zur \u00dcberwachung der Luftemissionen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anlage innerhalb der Genehmigungsgrenzen betrieben wird.<br>Der Prozess wurde bisher manuell durchgef\u00fchrt, mit Papierformularen und Terminverz\u00f6gerungen sowie \u00dcberwachungs- und Korrekturma\u00dfnahmen, die nicht den Unternehmensstandards entsprachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:1.3rem\">Die L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ChemicalSafety wurde mit der Implementierung einer Softwarel\u00f6sung beauftragt, die den Audit-, Inspektions-, \u00dcberwachungs- und Korrekturma\u00dfnahmenprozess f\u00fcr diesen gro\u00dfen Produktionsbetrieb automatisiert.<br>Die von ChemicalSafety bereitgestellte L\u00f6sung war die Implementierung von Prozessen rund um unsere umfassende Chemikalienmanagementsoftware Environmental Management Systems (EMS).<br>ChemicalSafety konfigurierte EMS auf einem Cloud-Server, erstellte ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Audit- und Inspektionsfrageb\u00f6gen, die auf iPads ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurden, und passte die Eingabeformulare so an, dass sie das Scannen von F\u00e4ssern, Produktionsstandorten und Stapeln umfassten, um die verschiedenen inspizierten Ger\u00e4te und Prozesse zu identifizieren. Es wurden automatisierte Aufgabenprozesse erstellt, um die Bediener daran zu erinnern, die Audits rechtzeitig durchzuf\u00fchren, und die Vorgesetzten wurden benachrichtigt, wenn Verz\u00f6gerungen auftraten.
