El RTS es f\u00e1cil e intuitivo de usar y operar a trav\u00e9s de men\u00fas y acciones inteligentes, reduce el tiempo requerido para mantener la informaci\u00f3n actualizada, simplifica el movimiento, el monitoreo y la eliminaci\u00f3n y garantiza el cumplimiento de los l\u00edmites de licencia de is\u00f3topos e instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Residuos mixtos radiactivos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00f3dulo de gesti\u00f3n de residuos EMS tiene herramientas que simplifican el registro, la eliminaci\u00f3n y la notificaci\u00f3n de residuos radiactivos mixtos. EMS cuenta con herramientas sencillas e intuitivas que permiten al personal autorizado registrar la actividad de los residuos mixtos que se est\u00e1n eliminando. EMS ha incorporado c\u00e1lculos de desintegraci\u00f3n de radiois\u00f3topos, por lo que, ya sea en inventario o en eliminaci\u00f3n, la actividad de radiois\u00f3topos se puede calcular con exactitud y precisi\u00f3n, lo que respalda el monitoreo del cumplimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gesti\u00f3n de proyectos y tareas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema de administraci\u00f3n de tareas de EMS le permite crear y administrar proyectos que incluyen costos, personal, departamento y fechas de vencimiento. Si bien los informes tienen una excelente funcionalidad lista para usar, tambi\u00e9n se pueden editar f\u00e1cilmente seg\u00fan las necesidades de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"eb-tab-wrapper\" data-tab-id=\"2\" data-tab-parent-id=\"eb-advanced-tabs-5nd1wb1\"><div class=\"eb-tab-inner\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estudio de caso de seguimiento de radiois\u00f3topos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los laboratorios regionales de la EPA en Research Triangle Park, Carolina del Norte, han estado utilizando el software de seguimiento de radiois\u00f3topos (RTS) EMS de ChemicalSafety para gestionar la adquisici\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de is\u00f3topos de bajo nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El reto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una instituci\u00f3n gubernamental l\u00edder ubicada en Research Triangle Park, Carolina del Norte, necesitaba un software que pudiera administrar la adquisici\u00f3n, el almacenamiento, el uso y la eliminaci\u00f3n de radiois\u00f3topos de bajo nivel. Los is\u00f3topos se compraron centralmente bajo la licencia radiactiva de la instalaci\u00f3n y se usaron en varios experimentos de RUA sin supervisi\u00f3n y monitoreo establecidos del proyecto. No se calcul\u00f3 la descomposici\u00f3n de los is\u00f3topos, lo que gener\u00f3 incertidumbre en cuanto al uso adecuado de los is\u00f3topos. La eliminaci\u00f3n de is\u00f3topos usados \u200b\u200bo gastados tampoco se gestion\u00f3 de manera eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La soluci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ChemicalSafety se encarg\u00f3 de implementar la soluci\u00f3n de software EMS-RTS que abord\u00f3 estos problemas de manera eficiente, manteniendo inventarios de is\u00f3topos actualizados y precisos, estableciendo l\u00edmites de proyectos RUA, utilizando etiquetas de c\u00f3digos de barras y tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y tabletas para actualizar f\u00e1cilmente la informaci\u00f3n y monitorear el cumplimiento de los l\u00edmites de licencia de is\u00f3topos. <br>ChemicalSafety configur\u00f3 el EMS en un servidor en la nube, transfiri\u00f3 la ubicaci\u00f3n, los datos de los viales de is\u00f3topos y los contenedores de residuos de fuentes de datos dispares a una \u00fanica base de datos, hizo referencias cruzadas de los is\u00f3topos con los l\u00edmites de licencia y capacit\u00f3 al personal de laboratorio e investigaci\u00f3n sobre las formas de actualizar la informaci\u00f3n utilizando tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y tabletas r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cilmente.<br>La soluci\u00f3n proporcionada por ChemicalSafety fue la implementaci\u00f3n de procesos centrados en nuestro software integral de gesti\u00f3n RTS. Con EMS-RTS, los oficiales de seguridad radiol\u00f3gica pudieron establecer, monitorear y administrar la autorizaci\u00f3n de usuarios y los l\u00edmites de is\u00f3topos por RUA o proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las etiquetas RTS se utilizan para rastrear y agrupar los viales de desecho y degradarlos autom\u00e1ticamente durante el almacenamiento. Las etiquetas constituyen el paso intermedio antes de que el manipulador de residuos inicie las operaciones de recogida.<br>La soluci\u00f3n fue bien recibida por todos los involucrados dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n.
