{"id":69294,"date":"2020-08-03T03:41:05","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T10:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/california-sb14-e-sb1018-update\/"},"modified":"2025-09-30T01:00:32","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T08:00:32","slug":"california-sb14-e-sb1018-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/pt-pt\/california-sb14-e-sb1018-update\/","title":{"rendered":"California SB14 e SB1018 Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos Reportando At-a-Glance<\/h2>\n<p>Tendo em conta que este m\u00eas \u00e9 o prazo de reporte para organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sujeitas ao SB14, gostaria de recapitular e atualizar o blog que publiquei no in\u00edcio deste ano e destacar pontos de interesse.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a lei da Calif\u00f3rnia, o principal objetivo do SB14 e da sua altera\u00e7\u00e3o SB1018 \u00e9 incentivar as entidades que <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/hazardous-waste-management-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">produzem res\u00edduos perigosos<\/a> a priorizar a minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos atrav\u00e9s de meios definidos e report\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Embora a lei j\u00e1 n\u00e3o exija que os geradores de res\u00edduos perigosos <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/environmental-compliance-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">submetam os seus documentos<\/a> ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca.gov\/departments\/227\/\" target=\"_blank\"> <strong>epartamento D<\/strong>da <strong>T<\/strong>oxic <strong>S<\/strong>ubstances <strong>C<\/strong>ontrol (DTSC),<\/a>os planos e relat\u00f3rios atuais &#8211; incluindo o Plano de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de Fontes, o Relat\u00f3rio de Desempenho e o Relat\u00f3rio do Projeto Sum\u00e1rio &#8211; ainda t\u00eam de estar dispon\u00edveis e prontamente dispon\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>Clique no link abaixo para obter uma lista de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada que seja usada pelos reguladores para verificar a conformidade do SB14.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fire.lacounty.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/SB-14-Inspection-Checklist.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/fire.lacounty.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/SB-14-Inspection-Checklist.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqui est\u00e3o alguns detalhes e exemplos dos elementos-chave exigidos no SB14:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Plano de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de Fontes avalia a informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o fluxo de materiais que <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/hazardous-waste-management-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">geram os seus res\u00edduos<\/a> e fornece uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de fonte para o mesmo. Dependendo do tamanho da sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o &#8220;Plano&#8221; encapsula 6-8 componentes do n\u00facleo. Em primeiro lugar, um esbo\u00e7o geral identifica o neg\u00f3cio e as suas fontes de res\u00edduos perigosos. Posteriormente, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio enumerar quantidades de res\u00edduos que permitam identificar grandes fluxos de res\u00edduos. O pr\u00f3ximo passo ser\u00e1 a <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/ehs-management-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">revis\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise<\/a> dos seus m\u00e9todos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de origem para estes fluxos definidos, estabelecendo proje\u00e7\u00f5es para cobrir um per\u00edodo de calend\u00e1rio de quatro anos. Por \u00faltimo, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio adquirir certifica\u00e7\u00f5es, tanto t\u00e9cnica como financeiramente, para o <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/safety-data-sheet-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">relat\u00f3rio.<\/a> Para alguns geradores de res\u00edduos perigosos que satisfa\u00e7am a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de &#8220;pequena empresa&#8221;, uma lista de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de conformidade ou um Estudo de Auditoria de Res\u00edduos espec\u00edfico da ind\u00fastria podem ser conclu\u00eddos em vez de todo o Plano de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/pricing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fontes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/chemicalsafety.com\/ehs-management-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Relat\u00f3rio de Desempenho<\/a> \u00e9 um indicador de como a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da fonte est\u00e1 a ser realizada. Basicamente, trata-se de um gr\u00e1fico de compara\u00e7\u00e3o das quantidades que os seus fluxos de res\u00edduos produziram de um ano de base (2011) at\u00e9 ao ano de reporte em curso (2015).
