In Great Britain, operators of establishments subject to the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015 (COMAH) must submit notifications and, for top-tier establishments, safety reports in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. COMAH is enforced by the Competent Authority, comprising HSE and the relevant environment regulator.
With EMS, businesses can record, update and report regulated chemical and related information in electronic formats using menus and one-click functions in a program designed to be easy to learn and operate.
The Environmental Management Systems (EMS) software can make data collection and regulatory filing faster, easier and more accurate.
