Business Continuity Policy
SFS Inc., taking into account the benefits of adopting a systematic approach to managing its business continuity, decided to design, develop and install a Business Continuity Management System, which takes into account its operating framework, the expectations and limitations arising from it, as well as the requirements of the International Standard ISO 22301:2019.
The scope of the Business Continuity Management System of the Company is «Software Design, Development, Installation and Support, Software As A Service (SAAS)» and was designed according to the needs and aspirations of the company and the legal and regulatory requirements of the current legislation.
The purpose of this Policy is to provide a general framework through which an effective Business Continuity Management System is established and implemented, which:
- aligns with the Management System implemented by the company
- fully aligns with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 22301:2019
- takes into account the assessment of business continuity risks for each activity of the company
- aims to ensure the continuity of core activities at a level that does not affect the company’s ability to respond within specific time frames to contractual and legislative obligations, after a disruption
- remains effective in achieving objectives and meeting business continuity requirements.
SFS Inc. recognizes that the implementation of an effective Business Continuity Management System requires continuous awareness and training of personnel, continuous upgrading of infrastructure and equipment, the definition of roles and responsibilities and the systematic avoidance of single points of failure.
The company’s Management, recognizing the risks that may threaten the smooth operation of its activities, is committed to making all necessary resources available for the implementation and continuous improvement of a Business Continuity Management System, which aims to continuously improve the resilience and degree of business continuity achieved, while satisfying the company’s contractual, legislative and regulatory obligations.
By implementing a Business Continuity Management System, Management seeks to ensure the business continuity of critical activities in order of priority, so as to create a sense of trust and security in all those directly dealing with the company, such as customers, providers, staff, shareholders.
The Business Continuity Policy was approved by the CEO on 04/10/2024, and is reviewed at least once a year and after significant changes.
